Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds
Rongstar HK Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached. You must initiate the return by contacting [email protected]. Rongstar HK Limited will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. After Rongstar HK Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Rongstar HK Limited will process the refund. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins when Rongstar HK Limited receives the returned item. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Rongstar HK Limited does not issue refunds for items returned after 14 days. No exceptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
You must inspect all items upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must contact [email protected] within this period. Provide photographs and a description of the damage or defect. Rongstar HK Limited will review the claim. If approved, Rongstar HK Limited will offer a replacement or refund. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt are not accepted. Rongstar HK Limited has no obligation for damage claims made after 7 days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships. Contact [email protected] immediately. If the order has shipped, you must follow the return process. Rongstar HK Limited cannot cancel orders after shipment.
